SHIPPING & RETURNS

We offer free shipping on all orders over $80.

Flat shipping rate of $9.95 for all orders under $80.

We are currently only available within Australia, New Zealand and the United States.

We are a small business and may not have an abundant of inventory like most stores do and unfortunately this takes a little longer then mass produced products. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched from our studio. Once shipped, please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order.

 

INTERESTED IN GIFTING OUR PRODUCTS FOR YOUR CONFERENCES OR EVENTS?

Please email shoot us an email! We ask that you give us 4-8 weeks to prepare, especially for any bulk orders.

Anything custom, please email us your ideas and we can try to assist in any way possible to bring your ideas into fruition. 

 

RETURNS & DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive your products damaged, we will be more then happy to replace your items providing you email us with a picture of your damaged product, a description of the damage to the product and your details to alphaomegacollectiveau@gmail.com within 5 days of purchase. Once this information is received we will notify you via email and will send out your new products as soon as possible.

We carefully source our inventory making sure they are up to the highest standards and quality, so we do not offer refunds on any of our products, please choose carefully. If your item is delivered to you damaged, as long as you comply with the above information, we will happily replace this for you.

Please note: We do not offer exchanges or refunds in the instance you change your mind. All sales are final so please choose your items carefully.
